To use it GSO wise, you're going to have to use your common sense. Unfortunately, that's what we'd have to do for any GSO based trading system. Use RW info to see what resources are there. Then look at the size of the land and estimate (and it's easier to estimate in percentages) I've probably been a bit generous with my Novatainian ones, but anyway ... In a land the size of Novatainia and it's expansion, it'd be far to say their were five, maybe 6 full resources there (depends where on the resource map you compare to). So yeah, with me I've actually said we have 720% total, which is too high - I'll have to drop all my values. But we're relying on people on the GSO wanting to be in a consistent geophysical simulation ...

Got the resources conversions sorted? Even if you haven't, yes we can do the treaty now ...
I just need you to fill in the parts for your government ...

I've bolded them above. I'm sorry, we won't be able to work out the currency exchange just yet because Gralus is going through some major economic reform and we need to see what eventuates over the next week or so ....

Mr Kovac, I know you have been busy with other things, but could I have your response to this and which bolded bits would be included? A new solution to exchange has become evident if we do not intend to exchange goods and services also - to each allocate 100 000 of our currency towards resource trading, and then exchange money 1:1. But that is only if we do not plan to exchange goods or services.

Ok that is noted. Our New Minister of Finance Mr. Chris Stevenson will act immediatly to resolve and sign the treaty with you. My deepest apologies for the delay and we look forward to continual economic cooperation.

Unfortunately, I am unsure of the exchange rates.

Thank you chris, I give you full permission to put the exchange rates however you want it.

On the exchange rate, I have several logical options for it. 1. If you're trading as a whole, Ocia just says "100 000 tolars are for trade only". Then we trade 1:1 (as we have 100 000 GCU allocated to trading, and I've suggested this to nations like Alexandria, Natopia etc who don't have economies, to just make 100 000 currency and trade 1:1) 2. Tell me the total amount of Tolar in circulation, and whether any more enters or leaves the system. 3. What's the average income of an Ocian?

Ocia isnt complex in that way and to be honest we haven’t calculated the average income, though we do claim a plentiful and well educated work force. Tolars have been in circulation since last June so I presume there woud be a fair amount, but I can't give you an actual figure.
