Dear Secretary, I come here on behalf of the Confederation of Gralus and the Kingdom of Novatainia. On Micras one is a part of the other, in Giess, only the Kingdom of Novatainia exists. As part of Novatainia, I've long been interested in international trade and have been part of various attempts at it. I view us as a micran economic powerhouse, partly because of two treaties which allow our businesses access to the resources of other nations, and, I believe, we are the only nation to actively seek resource based businesses in other nations. On Micras, as you may know, there is a resource map, and so our resources on Micras are based on our location on that. Here you can find the most up to date values of our resources. On Giess, our resources have not yet been sorted, but transferring resources from Micras to Giess should not be hard, as we have several gates of our own ...* I would be interested firstly, secretary, if you could tell me which resources you have most plentiful that you would be willing to trade, and which you are interested in, and I'll see where we can go from there. *I'd rather not go into the how, it's a very non-Giessan explanation. The why is because it makes sense considering elements of Gralus. And I don't want to rely on Babkha. I'm sure you understand.

Our Secretary of Trade Chris Stevenson should be with you soon to help with these discussions.

I look forward to it. More and more I feel I'm finding a nation with a serious commitment to economy and trade similiar to that of Novatainia, and hope that the beginnings of trade between us could help stimulate trade among larger Giessan nations, and the micronational world in general. May I also add, on a personal note, if you do expand your Micran area, I have no doubt that the Micro Illuminati (MI), a collection of allies interested in micronational development and including Novatainia, Tokidoki, Passas, Craitland, Beagium, Interland and Batvie, who has always been interested in trading, would love to begin trading with you also. If, between us, we can work out a system that works, they'll be sure to take it up.

We may want ships ... I'm not sure, I believe one of the Toketi guilds are big on that. As manager of the only Novatainian Bank, I'm not sure we need that either, though, as I said, I'll look into the stock exchange.

In Canada, a University is the degree-granting body; while a college can only grant diplomas (as such, the vast majority of colleges in Canada are merely technical schools).
