The Kingdom of Lovely wishes to sit in on these negotiations in the hope of facilitating some kind of understanding between whatever this conference produces and the Council of Free Nations.

I think this is the time when we give our ideas until we come up with a system eveyone agrees on. Then as we are discussing, more and more micronations can join in and give there view.

Of course. For the leadership of this organization I was thinking every member could have a delegate, and the leadership of the organization would be transferred to each of the delegates every 2-4 months. What do you think?

What do you think? Similar to the Non-Aligned Movement, where the Delegate for that nation becomes Secretary-General of the Organisation?
