Fellow Ocians, at home and around the World,
Today, Ocia was attacked by a nation ruled by deception, a nation that merely pretended to be our ally. Today, the Ocian Federation was betrayed when Adraisians stormed into our country, killed over 400 Servicemen and Dozens of Civilians.
The nation of Adraisia merely attempted to infringe the unity of the Federation and to harm our democracy.
Let me assure you this, Ocia is ready to defend its sovereignty to its dying breath and will carry out extreme measures to preserve its national sovereignty.
It is with a heavy heart that I convay my sympathies to the families of the many Ocian Soldiers that died.
But, I would like to underline that our defensive readiness and doctrine of total National Defence helped drive out the Adriasians from Ocia. Our Flag was never lowered and the battle never lost. The Flag of the Federation shall always fly over Dalmantia.
This extreme act of war against the Ocian Federation will be I assure you met with a counter offensive. At this moment, 100's of Ocian tanks are at the Adraisian Border shelling Positions in Port William. The Adraisians are both technologically and strategically inferior to the Ocian Federation and we are willing to take extreme measures to ensure that not one Adraisian Soldier never crosses our border again.
Adraisia's criminal act of Kidnapping and torturing two Ocian Civilians and breaking common law by attacking the federation ahs been met by outcry all around the micronaional war.
They insulted us by using the name of our famed historical figure Preseren, insulting Ocian culture and provoking a war during one of the most holy weeks of the year.
We have no respect for this moraless nation.
Tomorrow is a new day, and our national struggle for freedom has just began.
