The Reception at the Presidential Palace in which Mr. Michael Dervin was awarded the Order of Civil Service was a wonderful one.
Mr. Dervin received a standing ovation from the crowd, after the president awarded him the Order.
In a speech Directed Towards Michael the President said Michael was "A hero of Ocia's Judicial and Legislative System, not only has Mr. Dervin introduced countless new laws and acts which improve the quality of Ocian Citizens life but he has served honorably in the ODSS until recently and currently serves as a Chief Justice in the Supreme Courts, we hope Mr. Dervin will continue to serve the Ocian People, ladies and gentlemen please join me in congratulating Mr. Michael Dervin, a recipient of the Order of Civil Service"
