Dr. Matt Kovac was born on February 25, 1982 In the Small Ocian Alpine Village of Pristava. After graduating as an Officer from Norfjord Naval Academy northwest of Directus, he served as a Navel Air Squadron Leader for the 102nd squadron for 1 and a half years. After his long and honourable career in the Ocian Air Defence Forces he studied for a PhD in Political Science and later graduated with one in 1999. Matt Kovac than ran as a Member of the Ocian National Assembly in 2000 for the LDO and won a seat representing the November City Region.
From 2005 until early 2007 he served as a dean at the University of Directus while obtaining Bachelors in Architectural Studies.
On December 3, 2007 Dr. Matt Kovac won an 80% landslide win and become President of the Ocian Federation.
