Just wondering, Does the University have any more courses, to do with either of the above courses?
Kind Regards,

Course: LAWA50
Introduction to law (for non-law graduates)
The course aims to give students an overview of the legal system. The lecture will be framed by a discussion of the sources of law and the divisions of law and will cover the workings of the concept of law, the doctrine of precedent, the legislative process, legislative interpretation, the constitution, constitutional history and history of the Ocian legal system and interpretation. Other practical aspects of the Ocian legal system will also be addressed such as the structure of the courts in Ocia, judicial composition of each court and judicial appointments, judicial ethics, court officers and the courts service. Finally students will be given advice on how to approach exam questions and how to structure essays for the Law Society of Ocia's Exam.
Professor: Mr. Justice Michael Dervin MOLS OCS
