Citizens of the Ocian Federation,
After months of deliberation, planning and negotiations we are pleased to announce that a nation with the same ideals as the Federation has decided to join us. The Ocian Federation is a nation of both diversity and unity and we are pleased to announce that the United Kingdom of Luthoria after months slow activity have decided to join the Ocian Federation. This historic and much celebrated accord which we signed today, guarantees equal rights to all citizens of the Ocian Federation including our new Luthorian friends. While Luthorians shall enjoy their own level of independence within the federation we shall remain fully unified as the Federation has always been.
In seeking out cultural preservation we have both jointly decided to keep the monarchy in the kingdom as a regional leadership, this great tradition shall be preserved for generations to come.
I am confident that the achievements of this new and unified government will mean a golden age for Ocia.
