As Owner and C.E.O of Dervin & Co. Legal Services Ltd., I would like to apply on behalf of the Company, to the OAW, for them to design and build a Building for the above named company.
Dervin & Co. would like this building to be our Headquaters and should have the following features:
1. Ample Office Space, to accomodate ca. 100-200 Lawyers and 400-600 Legal and Clerical Staff,
2. Be a Modern/Futuristic Building, which reflects the modern/future Law Firms
3. Because of our "work product" is often intangible, or at least conceptually difficult for clients to grasp, we wish to use a jaw-dropping interior design (huge amount of floor space and fantastic views) as a "shock and awe" tactic to impress prospective clients and intimidate opposing counsel.
4. We were looking more towards a skyscraper, if this is possible.
5. The Exterior of the building should be eye-catching and reflect the interior, for that whole, "shock and awe" feeling.
The Directors of the Company, have made available funds of 150,000,000M, to cover this project, from start to finish. This Money, will be funded, by Bank Loans, Owner's Capital, Shareholders Investments and the Revenue of the Company.
We hope you will quote us the best price and look forward to making a deal with you and we hope that this project will be successful!
Made on behalf of Dervin & Co. Ltd,
Michael Dervin OCS

Ocian Architectural Works estimates the current cost of the project to be around 180 Million Tolars. We expect the construction phase to be complete soon. Our apologies for any incognizances.

Out of curiosity, and just to provide greater detail for the historical records ....
What type of accommodations would you be looking for for the legal and clerical staff - cubicals or actual offices for everyone? How many boardrooms do you anticipate you'll need as well (if you could specify how many small - say 10 person - and how many large - say 20 person - even better)?
Matt's speciality.
A large open lobby could achieve that goal; however, to extend it to the entire building would be a waste of money. Essentially just the public areas should reflect your desire to use a "jaw-dropping" interior design.
For the amount of staff you have, you're not even coming close to the requirements for a skyscraper. Maybe 5 stories on a small building footprint.
Also Matt's speciality.
