To Whom It May Concern,
The Ministry of Justice, in the absence of any Member of the Electoral Commission active and Present on this Forum, to present to the General Public the procedure of the Election in accordance to Election Law as laid down by the Supreme Court of Ocia, does hereby, by the Power invested in it as Overseer of the Commission, named above and under the Constitution, enact the Following, by Order of the Minister of Justice:-
1. The Current Electoral Commission, due to gross neglect of its duties is hereby dismissed immediately and without pay.
2. The Electoral Commission will now be run by the Ministry of Justice, with the Minister of Justice as its Chairman and the current President of Ocia as a Member & Chris Stevenson as its independent witness.
3. Therefore the New Commission will be as follows:
Chairman: Mr. Michael Dervin OCS
Deputy Chairman: Dr. Matt Kovac
Witness: Chris Stevenson
4. All Objections to this Order, must be lodged with the High Court before Midnight Tonight, applications of Objections after this Date will not be heard.
5. The Ministry of Justice, maintains and enforces all its rights and powers in overseeing the Work of the Commission and this action does not affect the integrity or objectives of the Commission.
6. A Letter of this Action will be sent to the President, notifying him of this Action and the change in the commission.
