Official Notice of Conscription into National Military Service
Dear Citizen,

It is your national duty by Ocian law in accordance to the constitution of the Ocian Federation that you as an Ocian Citizen serve a minimum of 8 Months in the Ocian Defence Forces.

This is a notification that you have been given the honor to have been called up for National Military Service. You are to report to your designated Military Training Centre within 7 days of this notification or you will be brought before a Military tribunal.

Please quote this notification and start a new Thread in the Ministry of National Defence with the Title: "Reporting for National Duty: NAME" after this you will be orientated, take your oath and be commissioned a rank until further notice.
