Bluelight has now been fully integrated back into Ocia, as per my own personal request. Also as part of the re-integration process the old Bluelight boards are being shut down and deleted. All information and much of the old forum is being transferred here to Ocia, where everything can be centralized and more people can easily participate in the project.
In addition to all this, on behalf of Ocia I have been negotiating the Sottica Treaty, which I will post more information on shortly, whereby we [Ocia] will be abiding by certain regulations similar in line with the Antarctica Treaty. This will be most beneficial to us, and will bolster our foreign relations with other micronations.
