Article I
As apart of the Ocian Federation the Serene Republic of Slaventia will enjoy a certain level of autonomy and rights which will be underlined in this treaty.
Article 2
The Ocian Federation will be responsible for Defense, Foreign Relations, Heath Care and Immigration while the Serene Republic of Slaventia will enjoy the right to pass and create its own laws which do not affect the areas above.
Article 3
The Head of state of Slaventia will be elected by the people of Slaventia as always but the President will also have the role of Vice President of the Ocian Federation. No one other than the elected President of Slaventia may have this role.
Article 4
Slaventia will maintain its current flag and arms as national symbols and will in turn also adapt the flag of the Ocian Federation.
Article 5
Citizens of the Serene Republic of Salventia will enjoy the exact same rights as any other citizens of the Ocian Federation.
Article 6
Conscription laws in affect in other parts of the Federation will not apply to the Serene Republic of Slaventia nor its citizens, but they can maintain to right to volunteer for service in the Ocian Defense Forces.
Article 7
This treaty may only be fully terminated by a ¾’s vote in favor by the Slaventian Assembly.
Article 8
Slaventia will have equal representation in the Federal Assembly of the Federation.
Article 9
The Serene Republic of Slaventia shall maintain its right to maintaining its current forum.
