Could we superimpose the white Ocian circle/loop onto the second one perhaps it could be our colony symbol like the union jack on many commonwealth countries flags

In my opinion I wouldn't becase the flag should reflect thier own area not ours.

Oh but it still would, but like the British commonwealth countries it would also show the importance culturally and politically of "the mother country" so to speak. It wouldn't be glaringly obvious, nor hideously out of place, and we could start a pattern/tradition after we have taken the new southern isles by incorporating it into their flag also.

Perhaps thats a good idea. The antional assembly would have to vote on that.

I like the Idea of Putting some aspect of the Ocian Flag on the Flag of North Point, as it would (a) be a symbol to show that North Point is part of the Ocian Federation and (b) Give the People of North Point a sense of belonging to the Federation.
I think that a motion should be put to the Assembly asap on this issue.

You need to find a Place to Upload the files somewhere else (if they are pictures you can try photobucket.com/ Once you have uploaded the file to the Hosting webpage, you need to obtain the URL of the Picture you have uploaded, e.g. ociawiki.pbwiki.com/f/ocia-fg.gif is the URL for the Picture used as my avator. Once you have the url to your picture, put in YOURPICTUREURL.gif(or .jpg etc...)[/img]. It is important there are no space between your two [/img] or else the picture will not show. I hope this helps. Michael

I personally like the second flag because I think it most best reflects the unity aspect which was firstly the reason to try to incorporate the circle in a design.

Since we seem to be agreed on the Flag, shall we move to adopt?
