The Ocian Law Society does hereby make the following regulations regarding the fees a Lawyer and/or member of the OLS may charge thier client.
As of the Time of this Posting:
1. A Laywer may not charge more that T300 per hour for any of their services.
2. No Lawyer may charge more than T50 per p/l/c for posts/letter/call made on behalf of their client and/or in other related matters.
3. Lawyers are to include in their fees a 10% Charge which must be paid directly to the Ocian Law Society. (As Amended)
4. This Regulation does not affect any Legal or Taxation charge in any way.
5. If a Lawyer is found in breach of this Regulation by the Society, they face being stripped of membership in the society, and/or A fine and/or a suspension for a time determined by the Society.
6. Lawyers must provided to the Society, on a monthly basis, all copies of fees charged to their clients. Failure to do so or intentionally hiding fee details will be dealt with as in 5 above.
7. This may be amended at whim by the society.

To Whom it may concern, After a number of Meetings, the members and committee of the Ocian Law Society, have decided in order to cover rising costs in the Society, due to a number of factors, that the above costs be amended as follows: Section 3, which read:
Is hereby amended to read:
This change will take immediate effect and will be amended in the above post also. The other Sections and Costs are not affected in any way. For & on Behalf of the OLS:
