THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE From the Office of the Minister for Justice, Mr. Michael Dervin OC [/i][/center] Ministerial Order #001TO whom it may concern Be it known, that in light of the Constitution Review and possible change, I am hereby ordering the formation of a Committee, under the direction of this Ministry to:
- Review the current Court system, its duties and it relationship with both Legal and Public Sectors.
- To investigate the Court Systems of other successful Macro and Micronations, which have a similar style to Ocia.
- To compile a Report for the Minister of Justice, on how to improve the current Court System of Ocia, in light of its investgation as detailed above.
- To reccommend to the Assembly Constitutional Commission, reforms in the Constitution it sees as apt and needed for a successful Court System to operate in Ocia.
This Committee will compose of Citizens appointed by the Minister of Justice. These appointments will be made public when the Committee will start to undertake its duties. Applications for a position on this committee are now open. Please apply to the Minister of Justice. The committee will work to a deadline, yet to be set by this ministry. THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE From the Office of the Minister for Justice, Mr. Michael Dervin OC Notice #001 Re: CSR Committee To Whom it may Concern, The Court System Review Committee will start its work on Monday the 11th of Feb. 2008 as outlined & in accordance to in the Ministerial Order #001 above. The Committee will not be given a deadline to finish their work by, however the Ministry of Justice expects an apt time limit will be imposed by the Committee upon themselves, which will be seen as suitable for the duties highlighted above. A Deadline may be imposed by the Ministry of Justice at whim, at a later date. The Members of the Committe are: - Mr. Justice Michael Dervin OCS, Chairman

The Review is currently taking place on the Yahoo Groups boards to which all members of the committee were sent an invitation to join, which some have yet to do.
The Committee will have its finished its tasks in about 2 weeks and will issue a Full Report to the Government & Public in about 3-4 weeks (approx.).

The Committee has finished its work and completed all its tasks given to it by the Ministry of Justice. The Full report shall be published here in the near future (approx. 1-2 weeks).
The Committee wishes to thank everyone who helped the committee in its work, which was greatly appreciated.
