Update: March 2008 Reforms
Military Training
Ocia's military is trained in several locations throughout the country. Some of these pertain to specialized areas of the military, such as army, navy, airforce, marines, special operations, or so forth. Of these here we list the applicable de-classified base locations.
Ocian Military Training Centres
Ocian National Military Academy ~ Directus -The ONMA is responsible for the majority of training of Ocian army and border guard personnel. It is a large facility that conducts both academic training, in the form of continued college education for soldiers, and combat training, in the form of a dozen facilities within the compound. At the ONMA soldiers are trained to drive equipment, such as tanks, APCs, and IFVs, as well as hand-to-hand combat skills, and strategy/survival tactics. The ONMA takes great pride in training its soldiers and has a reputation as a rigorous boot camp.
Ocian Alpine Training Center ~ Maribor (Slaventia) -The OATC is responsible for training alpine forces for winter combat. As Ocia is a northerly country subjected to frequently long winters, it is necessary to form a specialized defense force capable of working in the cold months. Here special techniques are developed and implemented to support the training of alpine forces; winter uniforms, special snow gear, advanced fighting and survival techniques, and other skills.
North Point Regional Defense Base ~ North Point -The NPRDB is the smallest Ocian base and is responsible primarily for training border guards and minor security forces. The base is noted however for having an adept artillery school, and is reputed to train the best artillerymen and anti-aircraft officers in the country.
November Marine School ~ November City -The NMS is Ocia's largest and only marine academy. All marines, including special operations units, are sent to the NMS for training. Only graduates of NNA are allowed to apply for further training at the NMS. As such, graduates show exceptional skill in combat and are considered the best of the best in Ocian elite forces.
Norfjord Naval Academy ~ Norfjord -Norfjord (a port northwest of Directus) is the largest and primary naval training center in Ocia. Here naval officers can train in the latest combat skills and naval warfare. The facility boats a small fleet of training vessels, including an older battleship and a nuclear submarine. Although the NNA provides some amphibious training to its officers, if students wish to advance into marine combat they must first graduate from this facility and then enlist at the NMS.
Letalski Memorial Aviation Facility ~ Directus -The LMAF is the primary facility for training Ocian pilots and airmen. The center also trains paratroopers and airborne units. Sponsored by Letalski Aviation Corp, the facility has made use of older aircraft retrofitted for training - most of it provided by Letalski's retired fleet. Here pilots are trained not only to fly, but also in techniques of air-to-air combat, air-to-ground combat, anti-air aversion techniques, mid-air refueling, ocean (carrier) and war zone landing, as well as many other skills. The facility utilizes both veteran pilots as well as Letalski engineers as teachers for its many students.
Manpower and Budget
Because of Ocia's relatively small population (about 40 million) there is a universal conscription code in place, where men over 18 are required to serve from 6 to 18 months in service. There is 35,000 active duty Ocian Defense Forces Servicemen and 400,000 in reserve. Of the reserves, approximately half have a crisis-time placement, which allows for a fast response time in cases of national emergency.
In 2008 Ocia's Defense budget is 4 Billion Tolars.

That’s Great! Really nice thinking I couldn’t do anything better my self! Just two things Slaventia is extremely hot Mediterranean country with no snow so I doubt that would be a great place for Alpine Training. Also Ocia has no Marines just because I think of America and the UK when I think of them and I don’t want to copy those countries so what I originally did was split our Special Purpose troops into 3 Sections OPNE, Navel Commandos and Alpine Hunters (similar to Frances Chausers Alpin) but if you just named the school Marine that’s fine. But anyhow this is very thorough great work! Please check your PM inbox and tell me what you think of the commercial though!

Also I made an error when calculating Ocia's fictional Population, lets just say its about 40 Million.

Alright, population fixed. As for the Marines, so long as we have an amphibious assault force, I have no complaints as to where it's located. The US Marines are one of the most elite forces in the world, and to properly defend Ocia, we need to maintain a similar elite fighting force. The November Marine School will be used to train the majority of our Special Forces units.

Do we have a map showing provincial boundaries?

Technically no, we don’t but what they have is Military provinces which completely disregard their real provences the three command Regions. I recommend Ocia has four, 3 For homeland (north, East, West, command regions) and then 1 for overseas, Slaventia, North Point, etc.
