Mr. President,
I do hereby make the folloiwng appointments and amendments to the current Ministerial Positions:
1. The Minister of Defense & National Security: (Sub Units: Dept. of the ODSS, Dept. of The Army, Dept. of the Navy, Dept. of the Air-force, Dept. of Intermicronational Armed Forces) : Henry Silverhaus, IPP
2. Ministry ofthe Interior, Finance & Economic Development: (Sub Units: Dept. of Culture, Dept. of Business Affairs, Dept. of Taxation, Dept. of Economic & Social Development): Matt Kovac, INP
3. Ministry of the Exterior & Immigration: (Sub Units: Dept. of Cartography, Dept. of Immigration, Dept. of Foregin Affairs and Relations): Kerry Manson, LDO
4. Ministry of Justice & Law Reform: (Dept.of Justice, Dept. of Law & Constitutional reform, Dept. of Court Services, Dept. of the Attorney General): Michael Dervin, LDO
Each Minister may appoint any Citizen to the postiton as Secretary of any dept. under their ministry. The Job of Secretary of a dept. is not a cabinet or governmental position and their job does not expire at the end of each election. The Sec. of Each department is responsible for the duties of that department under control and responsibilty of the respective Minister.
