With Respect, Mr. Manson is not active and as I spoke to him earlier he is on a long LOA and he says he is not ready for a Ministry level position yet, my suggestion (which does not have to be listened to at all, you are head of government) is to place Mr. Dervin as Minister of Immigration as well, he has been doing a great job in that position.
