The Electoral Commission
To Whom it May Concern,
As 48 Hours have passed since the close of the Polls and no appeal was Received from the Citizens of Ocia appealing the results of the Election, This Commission does hereby Declare that Matt Kovac, is hereby Officially Elected and may now take up the Office of President without any hindrance of any Kind. The Commission Hereby Sign this Election as Closed and Official, without appeal.
In order for Mr. Kovac to assume Office he must first take the Oath of Office:
"I swear that in exercising the powers of the President of Ocia I shall sacredly observe the Constitution of the Ocian Federation and the Constitution of Ocia, respect and ensure human and civil rights and freedoms, honourably discharge the high duties assigned to me by the people".
After Mr. Kovac has taken this Oath and Posted it here, he will be Officially President of Ocia, until the 1st of December 2008 or sooner if he is removed from office or The Term for President changes.

oh and also presidential terms are 6 months not 1 year.

The Constitution says 1 year, so what it says goes... unless of course changed by an amendment!
