Note!!!! It is highly illegal to post anything - ANYTHING - here or vote before official voting begins. Even to say you have voted - because the board allows us to see who has voted anyway so there is no need to do so. Such information will only be allowed to be viewed after polling closes.
(Except Matt, that is - who may post a simple yes or no asap to the following question. Can you see a red tick mark with the words "view poll voters" next to it?)

Yes I can. The Polls Are open. All Ocian Citizens should now cast their ballot, polls are open until Sunday.

The Electorial Commission, satisfied that this Election was carried out to the highest standards and achieves the goals and aims of this Commission, does hereby this day the 3rd of December 2007, declare Mr. Matt Kovac duly elected by 3 votes (4 MK vs 1 ES.)
Appeals may be lodged within 48 hours of this declartion to the courts, should you find that foul play or something illegal has taken place. No appeals may be lodged for reasons that are not breaking the Election Law, (e.g. Your Cadidate didn't win).
I wish to congratulate President Kovac on his re-election and I wish Mr. Simms the best of luck in his future endevours.
