Under the Treaty Provisions of the Anunian Treaty we are allowed to have our own provincial government.

PREAMBLE.
The Federation of the Amokolians, known as Amokolia, henceforth derives these rights, responsibilities, and freedoms of a people and her government to be just and right, as humanly as such. And do establish life, liberty, and property as inalienable rights.
ARTICLE ONE-Symbols
A nation is represented by her symbols, and is such recognized by the foreign community for her symbols. A nation should officially establish these.
I. The National Flag shall be composed of equal parts, with each part holding the flag of its respected province.
II. The Coat of Arms shall be determined by a popular vote, and later amended to the Constitution.
III. The National anthem shall be The Tune Judas Maccabeus by Handel. The lyrics will be amendment I to the constitution.
IV. Other symbols may be added with the consent of the people.
ARTICLE TWO-Rights and Duties of the Provinces.
The Provinces make up our federation, with certain freedoms, they should be responsible for the following details.
I. Each Province shall have a democratically elected leader. This leader may also represent the Province at the national level.
II. Each Province shall supply for its people.
III. Each Province shall have a democratically elected government.
IV. The Constitution of the Provinces and individual rights shall be the responsibility of the people of that province.
ARTICLE THREE-Constituent Provinces.
Provinces shall belong to the Federation, but shall move freely.
I. Automatica, Leng, Vattnaland, and Mishalan are all constituent provinces.
II. Any province may leave with a 70 per cent vote of its population.
III. Any province may be admitted from an old province or new territory with 50+1 Percent approval from its constituents and a Federal Assembly approval.
ARTICLE FOUR-Federal Assembly
The Federation needs a central government, and justly deserves representation.
I. The Federal Assembly shall consist of a member from each province.
II. The Federal Assembly shall make laws necessary for the survival of the federation
III. The Federal Assembly shall take control of a province with less than three people, once it has more than two people, power shall be relenquished to the province.
IV. The Federal Assembly shall have a leader, elected by the people, to assure that everything is run smoothly and appoint a cabinent to fulfill duties setforth by the Federal Assembly. The only necessary job shall be ambassadors to foreign nations.

The Federation has duties.
I. The Federation shall protect its constituent provinces with a standing military force, consisting of a Federal Guard, a Navy, and an Army
II. The Federation shall settle disputes between provinces.
III. The Federation shall open relations and truces with other nations.
IV. The Federation shall have an open and just court system composed of one judge per province, assigned to that province if possible. Otherwise one Judge shall be appointed for the nation.

I. Any amendments made to the constitution must have Federal Assembly approval plus 50+1 approval of the citizenry.
The Consitution shall be adopted with a 1/2+1 Approval from the citizenry.
