I come offering my greetings from the people of Shireroth. I am known as Leo Dine. As the newly appointed Minister of the Exterior I am charged with ensuring that our intermicronational relations remain active and healthy. I am currently getting my Ministry back into working shape after its long sleep I fear that today I can only address a few points. First I wanted to check up on the status or current position on joint recognition of university degrees as we still do express an interest. Second a treaty for joint intermicronational bank and a common currency is in the preliminary stages of life and we invite you to come express your interest or share your ideas, should, of course, you be interested. Until such a time that we meet again,

Your Excellency,
On Behalf of the united people and government of Ocia, I wish to convey to you, your Kaiser, and your people the warmest and most esteemed greetings and I wish to congradulate you on your recent appointment.
Ocia and Shireroth have maintained a good state of relations over the past years and I would only like to see the state of relations improve even more as more time goes by.
With regards to my proposal regarding the Joint University degrees and teaching programs, I will present to you a treaty so we can finalize this deal and begin to work on it.
Lastly, Ocia has always been interested in maintaining healthy trade relations with Shireroth and we would most certainly be open to an idea of a joint banking system.
Warmest Regards and I look forward to working with you,
Matt Kovac President of Ocia

President Kovac, On the subject of the University partnership, you asked earlier if we could provide you with a list of courses we have offered. As Corey has stated he is unfortunately 'too busy' to do so. I would try but seeing as I have little to no experience with the university system I fear I may be a little less then useless unless instructed what to look for. If it would be possible, however, to draft a copy that simply has a clause that includes 'all courses' then the whole experience may be simplified. If there is a specific reason though that the courses are required as part of the treaty then I will actively being harassing Corey to do his job. I hope that negotiations with Amokolia are going well and as you have heard no doubt, Shireroth sends its intangible support Untill such a time that we meet again,
