The President signed the Executive Order at the council of state approving the national security strategy for the period of now through to the end of 2009 in the aim of consolidating efforts by the federal authorities, and Ocia’s organizations and citizens to guarantee the nation’s national security.
The strategy presents a brief analysis of the situation and development trends on Micras today, and examines a new united Ocia’s place in it.
The document lists Ocia’s strategic national priorities and gives the broad outlines of the national security situation. It focuses particularly on national defence, rapid development as well as questions of strategic stability and equal strategic partnership with new allies.
The strategy states that the DRO will act within its own constitutional law to protect Ocia’s national interests (even Ocians currently oppressed in the east) and focusing on carrying out a rational and charismatic foreign policy.
The new strategy was voted on, and the President received praise for his constributions to the effort.
