Affirmation of Appointment

As President of the Democratic Republic of Ocia I hereby affirm the appointment of Cairney as Minister of Exterior. The new Minister will have the important task of Representing the Democratic Republic of Ocia and it's interests abroad in compliance with the orders of the President of the DRO and the Foreign Policy of the DRO.
