I’m interested in putting together a few mock trials to test the Ocian Federation’s Legal Setup and to try and generate some interest and activity in the Law side of Micronations.
Therefore, I will be drawing up a series of scenario trials in which we will have a Judge, Prosecution and Defence. Each Team will be given a Book of Evidence provided by me, which will contain made up evidence, such as Forum posts, Witness Statements and Msn Convo’s etc… The Teams based on this Book of Evidence will construct their Prosecution and Defence and argue their cases to the Judge based on current Ocian Constitutional and Statutory Law and if need be, where Ocian Law is absent, common law.
Just to gauge interest as to whom is interested in this game, so that I can see what I have to prepare and if we have enough numbers for teams, can everyone who is interested in this please indicate your interest in this thread.
Thanks,
Michael

I'll have a crack at this. Why don't you be judge Michael considering you're setting the case up? I'll take either or on Prosecution or Defence.
