 I hereby wish to announce the appointment of Rebecca Panks as Minister of the Exterior. She has shown dedication to Ocia and she is well qualified. Ahem, since someone likes to lecture me on Constitutional Law and since they don't really have a clue what they are talking about, I would like to highlight to this certain person the following:
Under the Constitution of the Ocian Federation, only the President can appoint Ministers upon the nomination of the Prime Minister.
In short, since you are not the Prime Minister, you cannot nominate anyone to the President for appointment let alone appoint anyone. This is the Law and it will be followed properly, thus, this Appointment is considered illegal and invalid until the appointment is made by a Constitutional Method, e.g. The Prime Minister (& not his deputy) makes a nomination to the President and the President approves such nominations and makes a official post regarding the Appointment. No other method of appointment will be allowed, full stop.
