Special Agreement between Ocia and Sisodia

Dear Excellency,

Sisodia is keen to engage Ocia, especially economically, but as diplomatic recognition has not been established between our two nations, we are a little constrained. We would therefore like to propose the following special agreement between Ocia and Sisodia that will allow us to engage the Federation at a G2G level. Thsi would be a tiding over arrangement, just until diplomatic recognition is establshed. The draft Special Agreement is appended below:

Special Agreement between the Ocian Federation and the Principality of Sisodia (an Autonomous Territory within the Kingdom of Rambai)

Article 1
1.1
This Special Agreement shall act as the basis for interactions between the Government of the Ocian Federation and the Government of the Principality of Sisodia (an Autonomous Territory within the Kingdom of Rambai) pending the establishment of official relations between the Ocian Federation and the Kingdom of Rambai.

Article 2
2.1
The Government of the Ocian Federation and the Government of the Principality of Sisodia (an Autonomous Territory within the Kingdom of Rambai) shall enjoy freedom of communication to pursue friendship and cooperation in spheres deemed suitable and appropriate by the aforementioned signatories.

Dear Ocian friends,

Ocia and the erstwhile Kingdom of Rambai had signed a treaty of mutual recognition and establishment of diplomatic relations. Unfortunately, the original document is lost in the 2nd Rambai Emergency (the boards are now 'hidden').

The Kingdom of the Lakhdives, as Rambai's successor would like to re-affirm the diplomatic relations with your great nation which has been a friend to us through thick and thin and we would like to propose that relations continue under the auspices of the earlier signed treaty, with the Lakhdives taking Rambai's place as its successor.

The government of the Ocian Federation all ackloqledges Mr. Hensons treasonist crimes and that they were actually committed, therefore as a collective and executive decision you are suspended.

Allow me to explain that his Excellency the president has little say in the matter considering he is not in the government Kieran. If you continue to post immature comments I will delete them.

Firstly, no one will be deleting any posts made by anyone on this forum, that is a form of censorship, which is strictly forbidden by the Constitution of Ocia and is against the freedom of speech. Therefore any deletions will be treated as unconstitutional and will be aptly dealt with.

Secondly, given that the Preisdent has the constitutional power of the decision of resignations and appointments to Ministerial Posts, I stated earlier Mr. Henson would remain in full power in this appoint Office until further notice, this decision has been accepted by the Prime Minister and by de facto the whole Government without exception. I will be talking to the Prime Minister in the next few days regarding the future cabinet as I feel currently emotions are getting in the way of some peoples' better judgement, so a couple of days of cooling down will be put into effect before any decisions are made.
