Ok we can do that. Recognize our colony fix culture and MicroWiki that would be great. Our Ministries will release a Timeline and goals for Trinovantium Development.
The Most urgent thing right now though is that you recognize our colony.

I will agree to work on Ocian culture for Ocia, in exchange for Ocians to work on immigration for Trinovantium. I think these different roles equate well to each other and gives a balanced proposal for both nations in terms of duration of time and beneficial outcome.

I think for this to move forward, we should both codify the terms from what we want seperately, and then we should come together at some point, lay the proposals on the table, talk about them and then combine them in an agreement.
In regards to the colony, we are currently carefully assessing the situation, but we are satisfied by the infomation and planning put in which has come to light, albeit quite delayed. Naturally we are being cautious about this area though, as discussions of the colony resulted in the fragmentation of the UEG, and Trinovantium is currently trying to avoid further fragmentation and disunity intermicronationally.

We can understand that and we hope ewe can move forward regarding our colony. The Ocian government will brainstorm ideas for our agreement and propose then at our earliest convenience.
