I'm fully against making any contact with that regime, Although it is fully the president's decision as matters of foreign affairs are left to him.

I would like to know what the Rt. Hon. Minister's plans are for this delegation before I approve such a Diplomatic Mission.

I implore you to turn down any such ideas considering the historical fact that Babkha has attacked us, supported spy rings against us and encouraged others to hate us. My presidency carried a strict non-dialogue policy on this situation and I can only hope that the president decides to follow this.

But why carry on this non-dailogue policy when you are for the World Peace Conference and Neutrality Pact so much. I will personally along with a Hamland Minister And/or another Ocian Minister, visit the Babkha in order to try and establish Diplomatic Relations and try to end this dark period between us. I believe Dialogue in this case is the best policy.

If the President grants you to do so then so be it.

Babkha is not for peace with us and therefore, as peace makers, should not talk to these fiends.

Babkha is not the Council of Free States and in the same vein the Council of Free States is not Babkha. Babkha can pursue its own policies within the Council and we are discussing the Hamland situation at the moment. If you do not wish to talk to Babkha because of past differences, you can talk to the Council of Free States regarding this.

Fair enough, I will stand aside on this issue.
