The Ocian Government in light of new evidence found against his disloyalty to the Ocian State Wishes to Press full charges in his absence for the following Crimes

-Breaching in the highest degree the Ocian State Secrecies Act

-Attempting to derail the stability Of the Ocian Federation

-Aiding a rogue government, and complete enemy of the Ocian Federation

-Committing acts with the intention of contributing to Internal Destabilization of the Ocian Government

-Infringing the oath of Prime Minister

-Lying to a Justice of the Ocian Supreme Court as he denied any wrong doing

-Misleading the Ocian Public

-Attempting to tarnish the Ocian Reputation abroad

-For the possible Act of Endangering Ocian Defence Forces by revealing sensitive information, which could have contributed to loss of life

-Breaching the Oath of the ODSS


The Ocian Government asks the High Supreme Court to fully consider the severity of these crimes and Issue the severest possible punishment for these crimes.

The Ocian Government asks the Courts to hold some sessions of the Trial in Secret to Protect highly Classified Evidence.

The Supreme Court of Ocia, notes the following case that has been presented before it by the Right Honourable Mr. President Matt Kovac, who shall now be referred henceforth as the Prosecution/ Petitioner. The Court will accept this case based upon the gravity of the charges and the serious consequences suffered by the Nation as a result of the alleged actions of Mr. Simms.

The Court shall now make every effort to contact Mr. Simms in relation to this case and summon him to appear before this court to make his case and his defence known. Mr. Simms (henceforth known as the Defendant/Respondent). The Court will also instruct the Ocian Law Society to provided advice and if needed legal aid to the Defendant and/or the Prosecution.


The Court will now ask the Prosecution to prepare its book of evidence which is to be submitted to this court at the earliest possible opportunity , this court will then afford a copy of the book of evidence to the Defendant, also at the earliest opportunity.

This court will now await the response of the defendant &/or his legal team who are acting on his behalf. The court will give 5 working days plus 2 non-working days (7 days or 1 week) for the defendant to let his response be known to this court.

BE IT KNOWN, that this court has given ample time for Mr. Edward Simms to appear before this court and answer charges that have been alleged against him by the prosecution. As of this time, Mr. Simms nor any agent acting on his behalf has made his case or position known to this court. Therefore, this court has no choice but to continue on in his absence and treat all evidence presented by the prosecution in this case as uncontested by the defence, but it may still be scrutinised & challenged by the Judges of this Court. However should Mr. Simms appear before the final judgement of this Court he may be given a chance to contest the evidence and put forward a defence to this court. Until such a time, this Court acknowledges a Plea of NOT GUILTY on behalf on Mr. Simms, in keeping with the Constitutional Right of being presumed innocent until proven guilty be a Court of Law.

The Court now asks that Dr. Kovac, of the Prosecution, please make his opening statement, and present in public before this court the Book of Evidence that he has complied against Mr. Simms on the alleged charges.

Justice Dervin and Esteemed members of the Court,

Mr. Edward Simms betrayed the people of the Federation in the most horrid way. Mr. Simms served in one of our highest offices and lied, in front of the Ocian People, a people which he swore an oath too. Not only did he do this but he aided an enemy of the state, ran by a rogue dictatorship, and imperialists who try and take away the Federation’s principles and Democracy.

I call on you, your honour, to summon Mr. Henry Silverhaus and Kerry Manson to the court to present their findings and evidence.

Thank you Dr. Kovac. You may call your first witness to the stand and in order to speed up this trial, please post your questions for that witness at the same time. The witness will then say the Oath "I, , swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God", and then answers the question which have been asked and please do not stray in your answering. No question may lead the witness or be a statement & not a question (e.g. Mr. Simms did do X & Y?).

Dr. Kovac will then asks more questions based on the outcome of the first set of questions, and this will continue to happen until there are no more questions. I will then ask my questions and dismiss the witness.

The Court Notes Mr. Kovac's Petition for this Court to be heard in Private and given there is no Defence Team to oppoise such a Petition, I do hereby Grant the Petition for this Trail to be Heard Privately due to some sensitive issues and information will be raised & should not enter the public domain.

As for the Possible sentance you suggested, the Court will take this into consideration should we find the defendant guilty.

Mr. Simms, this Court has looked through all the evidence and has considered this Case very deeply and carefully. I looked at every bit of evidence, all the facts and statements made to this court in great details and have come to the following conclusion:

On the Charges of:

-Breaching in the highest degree the Ocian State Secrecies Act, this Court finds you GUILTY.

-Attempting to derail the stability Of the Ocian Federation, this Court finds you, GUILTY.

-Aiding a rogue government, and complete enemy of the Ocian Federation, this Courts finds you GUILTY.

-Committing acts with the intention of contributing to Internal Destabilization of the Ocian Government, This Court finds you GUILTY

-Infringing the oath of Prime Minister, This Court finds you Guilty

-Lying to a Justice of the Ocian Supreme Court as he denied any wrong doing, This Court finds you NOT GUILTY, as such a crime can only be done under Oath in a Courtroom as this did not happen, thus we cannot charge him for this Crime.

-Misleading the Ocian Public, this COurt finds you GUILTY.

-Attempting to tarnish the Ocian Reputation abroad, This Court Finds you GUILTY

-For the possible Act of Endangering Ocian Defence Forces by revealing sensitive information, which could have contributed to loss of life, this Court find you GUILTY.

-Breaching the Oath of the ODSS, This Court finds you GUILTY.




This Court has Found you Guilty on 9 Serious Charges, on crimes which it is clear and apparent that you committed. Your Statements to the Public after these events were, blindingly obvious that you were Lying and tried to mislead the public and save your own bacon after putting ours on the Butcher's Block. Your actions are unspeakable, your crimes would shame the most noturious Traitors and Treasonous Dogs. Mr. Simms, there is no excuse or reason why you committed these crimes, save to further your own agenda and not that of the nation you swore an oath to. Therefore, I am hereby imposing the Highest Punishment and Sentance that I am allowed to impose by law.

Mr. Simms, you are to be taken immediately from this Court to November City Prison, there you will be allowed to say your last goodbyes & recieve your last rights. At 18:00 (GMT) on the 14th of April 2008, you will be brought to the November City's Death Row, where you will face Death by Firing Squad or the Lethal Injection. When 3 Doctors have confirmed that you are dead, your body will be taken to a Church of your Choice where your Loved ones will take over your funeral arrangements. May God have Mercy on Your Soul.
In Real Life, this Means, that Mr. Simms, is banned from Ocia (and any future forms of Ocia) for the rest of his Natural Life, this includes the banning or his IPA From this Forum (& any future forums) the websites and all public and private Ocia Material.
