Today the Prime Minister addressed a crowd of 2500 in his inaugural speech. Here follows the transcription thereof:
Fellow Citizens! Welcome to Our Ocia! [This was greeted with a great applause from the patriotic crowd.] A country and a people i am proud, no, privileged to represent in this world of ours. Last week dawned a new age, a new day for the Liberal Democracy of Ocia. We shall stand proud as a nation in coming times - with economic, cultural and academic leaps forward on a grand scale. The world shall recognise the class of Ocia as we jump hurdles and hit the ground running, tirelessly. Ocia shall remain peaceful in all aspects of the word as we rise, sure as the sun, from our beloved home in the east. With diplomatic steadfastness and the assured wisdom of knowledge we shall openly meet and greet the world. To this end, we value learning, research and peaceful expeditions of discovery to gather together the wisdom of all nations into our libraries and university. To this end we recognise excellence and perseverance. To this end, we value entrepreneurship, enterprise and a stable and growing economy. An economy that provides a job for all who wish to work, for the goodness of Ocia as a whole and lays the platform for the Ocian goal of the best lifestyle on Giess. This is our Ocia - there is only one. Onward!

Thankyou, I also have posted a link to here in the MSS board (its the very last one...) of the MNN forums for future reference, and I can modify the post in future and add other links to future speeches.

I like this speech - you have convinced me to join the LDO when my citizenship is confirmed.

I'm not sure if I can be active enough to pursue foriegn affairs - it's my access to the internet that is the problem, so maybe something which I could work at offline? Cos foriegn affairs would involve visiting foreign websites right?

Yeah, it's sure thing Pat - if you would like to be a general advisor to myself I'm more than happy to appoint you as Deputy PM. I could give you a task that you could do at your leisure, and then you could post or email your work to me when you have computer access.

I'd like you to start to work on some standing orders/ rules of order for the national assembly. It would make a real difference I think to Ocia's ability to pass laws legitimately and formally.
