Finished treaty:Ocian– Gralan Agreement on Trade
Section One – Monetary Exchange
Recognising the economic development of Ocia, and the size of Gralus' economy, we establish our currency exchange rate as follows:
1 GCU= 1 Tolar
Exchange of currency shall be via the Market, managed by (Banks of Nation A and B). When a citizen of Nation A wants currency of Nation B, they must approach Nation B’s bank, who will sell them that amount of currency in exchange for some of their currency. The Nation A currency will then belong to the bank of Nation B, and the Nation B currency will then belong to the citizen of Nation A. The exchange rate can be negotiated on a case by case basis.
Section Two – Trading Resource
Ocia will manage their resource trading in the following way: trading for the nation will be organised for the nation as a whole by their Minister for Trade (or other appropriate title of contact person). Anybody wishing to import this nation’s resources must approach their Minister for Trade, and agree upon the resource, the amount to be traded, and the cost. Similarly, the Minister for Trade will approach the other nation when he wishes to import items, and agree upon the resource, the amount to be traded, and the cost, on behalf of his government.
Gralus will manage their resource trading in the following way:

Ocia measures their resources in %
Gralus measures their resources in %s.
Conversion is therefore unnecessary
Section Three – Goods and Service Trading
Ocia A will allow the trading of both goods and services with Gralus with no restrictions.
Gralus will allow the trading of both goods and services with Ocia no restrictions.
Goods and/or Services should be purchased from the individual or company responsible for them. Any organisation (including the Government) or individual may purchase goods and/or services from the other nation. Monetary exchange to pay for this will be organised as in Section 1.
Section Four – Taxes or Tariffs
Ocia and Gralus agree to a free trade agreement between them. All trade between them will be without government tariffs or taxes.

Sorry, just had to change the exchange of currency option ... with our economic changes we're trying to keep the system closed, which means we can't delete or create money, we have to keep track of it all. Ocia's welcome to delete or create Tolars as they see fit. And it's GCU now ...
