| November City

November City is the largest city in Ocia. With 1 million people, it is the economic center point of the country. November City is home to the Universal Network Bank, Ocian Automotive Works and many other Ocian Companies. The cities tall buildings and neatly placed residential districts are all new as the city was recently reconstructed.
